Download from installer on Debian

ViSP is available as a set of several packages in the offical Debian repository.
Therefore if you are running a Debian based Linux distribution, you can install these package.
The actual version of each package will depend on your Linux distribution.

To install them, simply type:

sudo apt-get install libvisp-dev libvisp-doc visp-images-data

Download from installer on Ubuntu

Download from installer on ROS

ViSP is available as a ROS package for groovy, hydro, indigo and jade distro. Under Ubuntu, to get the package simply type:

sudo apt-get install ros-<distro>-visp

Download from AUR installer on ArchLinux

ViSP is available as an AUR package for ArchLinux.

Download from Homebrew

ViSP is packaged for Mac OS X with homebrew. To install ViSP just run:

brew update
brew install visp
