Virtuose API 3rd party

The Virtuose API is one of the optional 3rd parties supported by ViSP robot module. Virtuose API is the low level driver that allows to control the following haptic devices under Linux or Windows:

• Virtuose 6D35-45
• Virtuose 3D35-40
• Virtuose 3D10-20
• Virtuose Desktop
• Virtuose Inca

Installation instructions are provided in the Installation manual.

In ViSP vpVirtuose class is a wrapper over Virtuose API.

During ViSP configuration with CMake, to help detection of Virtuose API you may set VIRTUOSE_HOME environment var that should contain the path to the VirtuoseAPI.h file location.

Virtuose API is not open-source.
